Inchstones PT is an out of network, cash-based provider. Payments accepted include Venmo, Square, & PayPal. A receipt (Superbill) can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company. Some medically necessary services may be reimbursable by your insurance provider if you have out of network benefits. Contact your insurance company prior to booking/payment for your benefits.

Pediatric Physical Therapy Services

60-minute Initial Evaluation: $200

60-minute Follow-Up Session: $150

Telehealth:

60-minute Initial Evaluation: $150
